Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Duration: Your membership in The PlaySchool will commence on the start date you have selected and will remain valid for a period of 12 consecutive months.

2. Access to Community: Throughout the entirety of the 12-month membership period, you will have uninterrupted access to the PlaySchool community, regardless of any cancellation initiated by you during this time. It is essential to note that no refunds will be granted under any circumstance in the event of membership cancellation.

3. Automatic Renewal: At the end of the initial 12-month period, your membership will automatically renew for another year, unless you decide to cancel. Prior to the renewal date, you will receive an email reminder to notify you of the upcoming renewal and any associated charges.

4. Bookable Private Session: As part of your chosen membership plan, you will have the privilege of booking one (1) 90-minute private coaching session. The link to schedule this session will be included in your confirmation email upon membership enrollment.

1. Membership Duration: Your membership in The PlaySchool will become effective on the selected start date and remain valid for a continuous period of 12 months.

2. Access to Community: During the 12-month membership period, you will have unrestricted access to The PlaySchool community, allowing you to participate fully in our transformative programs and offerings. In the event that you choose to cancel your membership or non-payment occurs, access to the community will be immediately revoked.

3. Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access to our community and resources, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you decide to cancel. A notification email will be sent to you before the renewal date, outlining any associated charges. In the event that the card on file is unable to be charged, you will have a grace period of 3 days to update your payment information. Failure to do so within this grace period will result in the cancellation of your membership.

4. Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your membership at any time through your account on our website. If the cancellation is initiated before the charge date, you will not incur any charges for the subsequent month. Alternatively, if you wish to request cancellation through our support team, kindly notify us via email at samoa@powerhousesplayground.com at least 3 business days before the renewal date.

5. Bookable Private Session: As part of your chosen membership plan, you are entitled to book one (1) 90-minute private coaching session. The link to schedule this session will be provided in your confirmation email upon successful enrollment in our membership program.
